About the Event
Southeast Blues & BBQ Festival Vendor Information
Booth Space Size: 10' wide x 10' deep
The Southeast Blues & BBQ Festival provides booth spaces only. Electricity is available at an additional cost of $25 by the City of St. Marys, and is provided for large food and select beverage vendors. Generators highly suggested. Vendors are responsible for their own tables, canopies, and other necessary setup items. All food vendors MUST have a minimum 5 lb. ABC fire extinguisher.
FOOD VENDORS MUST PROVIDE A COMPLETE LIST OF ITEMS TO BE SOLD. The WUI committee will review and may limit items to minimize competition. Vendors will be notified prior to the festival of any items that are not approved. No alcoholic beverages will be allowed. PRICES FOR ALL ITEMS MUST BE POSTED AND VISIBLE TO CUSTOMERS. Any vendor attempting to sell unapproved items will be required to remove them or leave the event. All application fees…
